Match four locking positions across the selected length
Use this group when your approved window layout requires four locking positions. Measure the spindle centre to each rod end, then identify the position of every locking pin using a consistent reference. Mark keeper locations and fixing positions on the same drawing so the complete engagement can be reviewed.
Longer rods need an appropriate mounting and operating arrangement throughout the selected profile. Check the intended travel and clearances with the handle and keepers installed. Do not shorten or modify the rod unless the selected configuration expressly permits it. A 2000 mm length alone does not establish suitability for a door, a particular sash size or a load rating.
Confirm materials, accessories and long-rod packing
Provide the profile section and opening arrangement for uPVC or aluminium / aluminum applications. Frame material and rod material are separate specifications. The supplied chart describes iron components; quote alternative materials and finishes only after confirming the selected construction. State required project tests or grades in the enquiry.
Identify whether keepers, fixing screws or handles are included, with quantities for every rod.
