Specify Hardness, Lighting and Performance Separately

Shore A hardness is one PU specification. It does not by itself establish rebound, abrasion resistance, grip, load capacity or service life. Use the hardness options on the relevant product page as sample-discussion points and agree the test conditions for any performance target.

For battery-free LED wheels, confirm the generator and spacer configuration, bearing fit, rotation and light response in the intended assembly. Record LED colour separately from wheel colour and printed artwork.
