Mesh Counts, Roll Sizes and Custom Orders
Conventional fiberglass mesh counts for quotation include 14 × 12, 16 × 14, 16 × 16, 18 × 14 and 18 × 16 per linear inch in the two weave directions. For a fine-mesh requirement, compare the 20 × 20 construction. Confirm finished yarn diameter and g/m² with each count so the quotation describes a complete fabric specification.
Common metric roll enquiries include widths of 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8 m, with lengths such as 25, 30, 50 and 100 m. Other conventional sizes and special dimensions can be quoted from your sample, drawing or cutting requirement. Define the usable cloth width when a colored edge or trimming allowance is involved.

For a durable screen, assess the chosen coating, weave uniformity and frame fit in the intended environment. A trial panel lets you check handling and appearance before the bulk specification is agreed. Color, edge treatment and packaging references help keep repeat orders consistent.
