Bearings & Custom Roller Assemblies

Qingdao Gleam Hardwares supplies miniature ball bearings and finished roller assemblies for hardware importers, door and window system suppliers, equipment builders and skate brands. The range includes shielded and sealed bearing cores, plastic bearing rollers and metal track rollers with controlled grooves, flanges or extended hubs.

Start by identifying what you need to purchase: a bare bearing, an existing finished wheel or a roller developed from a drawing or sample. A bearing code defines the core; it does not define the finished wheel diameter, track contact or complete mounting geometry.

Compare the standard bearing and roller options below, then use the dimension and track guides to prepare your enquiry. For made-to-order dimensions, ring features or application specifications, open the dedicated custom and non-standard deep groove ball bearing series. Common bearing dimensions are identification references. Confirm the full suffix, material, lubrication, fit and application requirements for the ordered part.

Custom & Non-Standard Deep Groove Bearings

For door and window systems, special-size miniature bearings or machinery OEM projects, compare the custom bearing subcategory. It separates three RFQ routes so buyers can provide the correct drawing, sample, application and quantity.

Choose the Bearing or Roller for Your Project

Product range Buying requirement Key selection difference
608 skate-bearing sets Skate brands and wheel assemblers 8 × 22 × 7mm core; specify ZZ or 2RS, lubrication, spacer fit and pack count.
608-2RS sealed door-roller core Sealed bearing for an existing roller 8 × 22 × 7mm reference; confirm seal arrangement and finished wheel separately.
Door and window plastic rollers Select an existing roller construction Match polymer, track profile, finished diameter, width and axle.
Custom plastic bearing roller Drawing or sample development Define finished geometry, polymer/coating, bearing retention and sample approval.
Dual-groove metal track roller A rail with two matched contact paths Control groove pitch, radius, finished width and rail section.
Flanged and extended-hub roller Axial location in door hardware Confirm flange diameter, hub projection, shoulders and bracket clearance.
608ZZ shielded bearing core Hardware and general roller assemblies 8 × 22 × 7mm reference; metal shields, material and clearance specified separately.
605ZZ–608ZZ miniature range Compact mechanisms and RC model programmes Choose each full code and suffix; do not use one size across the range.
Multi-groove metal pulley Several rail contacts or ribs Supply groove count, spacing, depth and complete section drawing.
625ZZ miniature pulley core Small bearing for pulley manufacture 5 × 16 × 5mm reference; finished pulley dimensions are additional.

Common Miniature Bearing Dimensions

Reference model Bore d (mm) Outside D (mm) Width B (mm)
605ZZ 5 14 5
606ZZ 6 17 6
607ZZ 7 19 6
608ZZ / 608-2RS 8 22 7
625ZZ 5 16 5
626ZZ 6 19 6

These are common catalogue boundary dimensions, not dimensions of a plastic-coated or metal-profiled finished roller. Special-width versions exist. Verify the complete model and drawing; ZZ generally denotes two metal shields, while rubber seal suffixes and contact arrangements depend on the manufacturer. Load, speed, clearance and lubrication require a model-specific specification.

Specify the Finished Roller Separately

For plastic or metal rollers, add finished outside diameter, total width, bore or sleeve, groove radius/angle, groove pitch, flange diameter and hub projection. Send the matching rail and bracket section. Nylon, POM, PU, rubber or metal running surfaces must be evaluated against the actual track, load and environment.
