POM trolley for aluminium sliding-door running systems
This adjustable POM sliding door trolley combines two grooved bearing wheels with a stainless steel housing. It is intended for importers, hardware distributors and aluminium-profile fabricators selecting a complete trolley rather than a loose wheel. Wheel material for this configuration: POM (polyacetal). Confirm polymer grade, wheel dimensions and the approved sample with the quotation.
Reference drawing and fitting check
- Measure the profile pocket and compare body length, housing width and height.
- Check the U-groove against the rail shape, then confirm wheel diameter and bearing interface.
- Confirm fixing points, adjustment direction and tool access inside the sash.
- Provide panel weight, number of trolleys and operating conditions for load selection.
Materials, samples and bulk supply
Specify POM wheels, housing stainless steel grade and bearing requirements as separate items. If a project requires corrosion resistance or a performance standard, send the environment, grade and documentation requirements for quotation review. Sample fit approval should cover the actual track and sash profile.

Does 13 × 20 mm mean the wheel diameter?
No. It is the supplied nominal profile reference. The drawing shows a 157 mm body length, 12.5 mm housing width and 20.5 mm body height. Wheel diameter, groove and installation clearance must be checked separately.
Is this trolley suitable for a 100 kg door?
The supplied selection range is 50–100 kg per trolley, subject to configuration confirmation. Send panel weight, trolley quantity, rail section and operating conditions for selection. A whole-door rating must be confirmed for the complete system.
Is the bearing always 625ZZ?
The bearing code is not fixed by this listing. Please confirm bore, bearing dimensions, shielding or sealing and steel grade against the approved sample or drawing.
