PVC-Coated Fiberglass Mesh for Window and Door Screens
We manufacture and export premium PVC-coated insect screen Fiberglass window mosquito net rolls for aluminium and PVC window manufacturers worldwide. Available in standard 18×16, 17×15, and 16×14 mesh densities with fabric weights from 85g/m² to 120g/m². Features high tensile strength, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and clear outdoor visibility. We support custom roll widths from 0.6m to 3.0m, lengths in 30m, 50m, 100m, and private label export packaging.
This standard roll range is intended for everyday window and door screening. Keep the mesh count, finished yarn diameter, fabric weight and roll dimensions together when comparing quotations: two rolls sold under the same mesh count can have different constructions.

Standard Mesh and Roll Specifications
Common market sizes can be produced, with special dimensions reviewed against your sample or drawing. The construction examples below provide a starting point for quotation; the agreed order specifies the final yarn, weight tolerance and finished roll dimensions.
| Construction | Finished coated-yarn diameter | Fabric weight | Typical purchasing use |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14 × 12; 14 × 14; 16 × 16 | Specify for the selected construction | State target g/m² and tolerance | Additional conventional fiberglass window-screen counts for regional replacement and fabrication requirements. |
| 17 × 15; 19 × 19 | Specify for the selected construction | State target g/m² and tolerance | Match a sample or an established distributor specification. |
| 18 × 14 mesh per linear inch | About 0.28 mm reference | 103 g/m² reference construction | Conventional window-screen construction with a documented count, diameter and weight combination. |
| 16 × 14 mesh per linear inch | About 0.28 mm reference | State your target g/m² for quotation | Standard window-screen roll stock where this count matches the local frame and replacement market. |
| 18 × 16 mesh per linear inch | About 0.28 mm reference | 110 ± 5 g/m² reference construction | Common PVC-coated fiberglass window and door screening. |
| 18 × 16 mesh per linear inch | About 0.28 mm reference | 115 g/m² reference construction | An alternative specified weight for comparison with an existing sample or buying standard. |
Mesh counts above are per linear inch in both weave directions. The two 18 × 16 entries show alternative fabric weights within this product range. Counts such as 14 × 12 and 16 × 16 should be paired with the required yarn diameter and GSM; mesh count alone does not determine fabric weight.
| Order field | Options and information to provide |
|---|---|
| Material | Fiberglass yarn with PVC coating. Specify any additional coating or test requirement separately. |
| Roll width | Common metric quotation widths include 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.0, 2.4 and 2.6 m. Other widths can be reviewed for the selected construction. |
| Roll length | Common order formats include 25, 30, 50 and 100 m. If buying a 100 ft roll, specify 30.48 m rather than assuming it is identical to 30 m. |
| Color | Black, grey/gray, white, green, brown and yellow are shown in the supplied color references. Approve a shade sample for your chosen construction. |
| Custom dimensions | Provide finished width, usable length, cutting allowance and quantity per size; special formats can follow the approved sample or drawing. |
| Packing | Individual roll protection, core, roll label, outer packing and carton or bundle marks are agreed with the order. |
Choose a Roll Format That Fits Your Fabrication Work
For replacement window screen mesh and mosquito screen mesh roll orders, match the fabric to the frame and spline before choosing the roll width. For window and door manufacturers, the useful roll width is the width that supports the cutting layout. Allow for the fabric retained in the frame or spline groove and any trimming needed during assembly. Test the mesh with the intended profile and spline before fixing the bulk-order specification.
For distributors, separate widths, colors and constructions on the purchase order and roll label. This makes replacement stock easier to identify and helps your customer reorder the same fabric. If the requirement is fine-mesh screening for smaller insects, compare the actual opening and yarn diameter before selecting this standard range. If you need identifying marks on the fabric itself, see custom-printed mesh with colored selvedge.
Roll Protection and Repeat-Order Identification

Agree the core, wrap, label language and order marks alongside the roll size. An order reference linking the construction, approved color and quantity helps distinguish visually similar stock when it arrives. For a private-label range, include the authorized artwork and any barcode or batch-identification requirements.
Questions from Window-Screen Buyers
Can this be used as anti-mosquito window mesh?
It is intended for insect-screen fabrication. The suitable aperture depends on the insects being excluded, while the frame perimeter and closing gaps also affect the finished screen. Check the installed assembly, not only the loose fabric.
Does a square weave mean square-hole insect screen mesh?
No. Woven mesh uses intersecting yarns, but a rectangular count such as 18 × 16 can give different clear openings in the two directions. Specify the count in both directions and the finished yarn diameter.
Can it be fitted to magnetic door and window screens?
It can be considered as fabric for a compatible magnetic-frame or fastening system after a fit trial. The magnet or frame provides the attachment; the fiberglass mesh itself is not magnetic. This quotation covers roll fabric.
How do I compare weight and price fairly?
Use the same mesh construction, usable roll area, net fabric weight and packing requirement. A low roll price can reflect a shorter or narrower roll. Our mesh count, GSM and roll-size guide explains the checks for a like-for-like comparison.
Request a Fiberglass Screen Mesh Quotation
Send your mesh count, finished yarn or sample reference, target GSM, width × length, color, quantity, packing and destination. For a replacement project, a piece of the current screen and the frame details help establish the correct match.
