Double nylon roller for replacement sliding-door hardware
This double nylon sliding door roller is the nylon-wheel configuration of the adjustable trolley series. Two bearing-equipped grooved wheels are installed in a stainless steel housing. Compare the full housing length, width and height, fixing points, adjustment access, wheel groove and track profile. A matching nominal size alone does not establish interchangeability. Send the original trolley photos and measurements.
Can this roller be used in a uPVC or glazed sliding door?
It can be considered for compatible uPVC or glazed sliding systems after checking the profile pocket, rail and panel requirements. It is not a universal fitting or a glass-clamping roller.
What should I specify for the nylon wheels and bearing?
State the nylon grade requirement, wheel dimensions, U-groove geometry, bearing code, shielding or sealing and operating environment. Confirm these items in the quotation and approved sample.
